Water Access / New Construction

            Properties either on the water or with easy water access are highly sought after and therefore often very expensive in the Jacksonville area.  Any water access sells, but access to the ocean or St. Johns River seems to be especially sought after.

            We find two kinds of water access, properties directly on the water and a community that may have a common boat dock, ramp, storage or combination.  Properties directly on the water anywhere near the city often carry a price tag near to or well in excess of a million dollars or more.  Often smaller, or older houses that may have existed for a long time, might be in a situation where the land they are on may be worth far more than the house.
